General Questions:

Don't worry your in good hands. We have been doing this for some time and will help you in every step of the way after you reach out to us. Book a private shoot by using the link on our contact page, sending us an email, or check our Events page to see if we are hosting any Mini sessions which are fully bookable and scheduled online. Each type of photography has its own sets of prescreen questions and preparation but in general terms you can expect:
  1. To have a consultation call/mail. Where we will talk about your session and cofirm details. For cosplay we will talk about characters, for boudoir and others we will talk why you want the session so we can taylor to you.
  2. Receive some information packets on preparing for your session. A photoshoot is not something you do every day so we will make sure you have the tools needed to know what to bring and how to prepare.
  3. A reminder of your session prior to, with opertunity to ask last minute questions so you can show up relaxed and ready to go
  4. After your session you will either get an in person reveal or an online gallery depending on what type of session you have
  5. My work is never done. Final edits will be done, if you are getting digital products only they will be uploaded to a gorgeous gallery, physical products will then be delivered direct to you or you can pick them up in the studio.
All final images are professionaly retouched prior to deleivery in photoshop and other tools. Sessions with physical products may come with an in person reveal fairly soon after the shoot, in those cases photos will have a light retouch done for prior to the reveal, and the images selected in the reveal will be fully edited prior to print or final delivery.
We do not do hair and makeup in house, however do work with some of the best artists in the area. All our Boudoir and Glamour packages include hair and makeup as part of the session fee, however if there is a particular artist you would like to use you may bring them or we can see what we can work out.
Depends on what sort of photos you are getting done. For cosplay unless we are styling it for you and providing props then you need to bring your cosplay obviously, if you did not add hair and makeup services then bring those items as well if you want it done. For Glam/Boudoir, you will get several information packets to help you select wardrobe and know how to prepare yourself prior to arrival.
Yes! As an add on to any package not only do we do video we can also do visual effects!!!!
Technically speaking, any photography that goes with an article or publication, but can also be for books, collections, or gallery displays. Generally will follow a consistant theme or feeling but a lot of latitude is given in this genre. If there is an artistic concept you want to bring to life reach out to us and we can talk about a collaboration on it. We have been published several times already and can be very statisfing.

Pre-Booking Questions:

None of our final delivery products are watermarked. If you get a online digital gallery to select your final images from, then those may be watermarked and not downloadable.
When booking your package will clearly state what you will get and our prebooking consult will also cover this. All of our packages have options to add on additional photos as well.
Anywhere between a week and several weeks. Physical products are printed at the best shops available and ship to us for inspection and then get deleivered to you and even digital products go though an editing process to insure they are absolutely the best images that can be given. Quality takes time and we are confident that you will be happy you waited.
That is up to you. After your session is complete we will provide you a release, you may elect to not share, share with limits such as no identifing marks or faces, or share openly. We love sharing our work and any reviews our customers give us with others, however we only do so if you give us release to. If you choose not to share anything or dont return the release we will not share the images with anyone but you.
In almost all cases, you will not get any RAW files. But we can negotiate this point.
